Legal Framework for Motorsport Events in Lesotho

1. Lesotho Off-Road Association (LORA)

  • The Lesotho Off-Road Association is recognized as the sole controlling body for motorsport in Lesotho.
  • It is legally registered under the oversight of the Lesotho Sport and Recreation Commission (LSRC), acting as the official authority for motorsport event governance.

2. Role of the Lesotho Sport and Recreation Commission (LSRC)

3. Road Traffic Act of 1981 (Act No. 8 of 1981)

So in essence:
